Airblast Sprayer

The Airblast range of sprayers provide a solution for those seeking to reduce chemical usage, increase penetration, increase air volume, reduce power consumption, reduce maintenance or just seeking versatility.

Although designed specifically for olives and avocado growers, the Airblast range has a sprayer to suit your application.

FEATURES

1/ Sensor flow:  This is an innovative tree size and presence detecting device designed to eliminate unwanted spray wastage between trees.  Depending on application, chemical savings of up to 40% can be achieved.

2/ Fiberglass fans:  Designed to reduce friction and create a fan with better airflow, and reduced power consumption.  The fans straightening veins make better use of air and increase canopy penetration and spray automisation.

3/ Opening duct:  This is an air vent which has been designed to provide extreme penetration.  It opens the tree canopy allowing the secondary airblast to drive spray through the densest of canopys - providing superior results in crop protection and disease control.

4/ Piston pump:  Piston pumps provide a very low maintenance.  Using 1/3 less moving parts compared to diaphragm pumps reduces the power consumption and maintenance.  The use of ceramic piston sleeves provides a wear resistance surface to combat abrasive chemicals.  This pump can be run dry without damaging the pump!

5/ Mechanical agitation:  The innovative mechanical agitator on the Airblast sprayers provides a very versatile sprayer, mixing the solutions more effectively while also reducing power consumption.

Two models are available: Arbus Sapphire and Super Export.

Arbus Sapphire

The Arbus Sapphire has a low mounted fan and is perfect for orchards, citrus, olives and many other applications.  With the cost saving optional sensor flow system, this is a perfect package to solve chemical waste problems.

Super Export

The Super Export has a high mounted fan which provides market leading air volume - perfect for avocado spraying.  Available with sensor flow system to dramatically reduce chemical waste and a volute to increase penetraction and height.

Boom Sprayer

Sprayers that solve all the problems of bending and breaking of booms! 

10 models available:  Condor AM-12, Condor AM-14, Falcon Vortex, Falcon 1400 Vortex, Columbia AD-18, Advance AM-18,21,24, Advance Vortex, Advance BK3024, Uniport Star, Uniport Hydro.

FEATURES

1/ Piston pump:  Built for reliability from solid cast iron with ceramic pistons for excellent durability and resistance from abrasive chemicals and powders.  These piston pumps use 1/3 of the moving parts compared to a conventional diaphragm pump requiring less horse power to operate as well as less maintenance.  It makes it more reliable, longer lasting and reduces your overall operating costs.  This pump can be run dry without damaging the pump!

2/ Mechanical agitation:  Increases versatility.  The use of a mechanical impellor blade inside the tank achieves a more consistant chemical mix and assists with the introduction of thick chemicals, especially powders and fertilisers.  Mechanical agitation also requires less power to operate compared to conventional agitation systems, producing savings on operating costs.

3/ Twin and triple boom suspension:  Imagine no more cracking booms!  These booms are designed to carry and suspend the weight of each individual boom section seperately.  It virtually eliminates all stresses of tough operating conditions, compared to a conventional boom.  The system also incorporates self leveling, boom lock and yaw control, with hydraulic shock absorbers for a smooth operation.

4/ Vortex full curtain air assisted boom:  Available on selected models.  The 'Vortex' boom creates penetration and reduces wind drift.  It also reduces evaporation, chemical waste and increases operating speeds.  The 'Vortex' boom comes with + or - 30° adjustable angle to compensate for wind direction and operating speed, giving a more effective result.

Cannon Sprayer

(Shown at the top of the page)  Our unique cannon sprayers are designed for versatility.  The range solves many labour intensive application problems (often expensive), and will spray virtually anything including nurseries, avocadoes, gorse, pasture and anything else you can think of with a controllable spray swath of up to 25 metres.  The Cannon sprayers also feature the efficient radial fan.  2 models available.

FEATURES:

1/ Efficiency:  Our cannon sprayers use a low pressure centrifugul pump and a radial fan for efficiency with low power consumption.  Some models also feature a mechanical agitator to reduce power consumption further.

2/ Extreme penetration:  The adjustable cannon head with an air volume of up to 156m³/min can penetrate through the densest of foliage and crop canopys providing excellent spraying results.

3/ Versatility:  The cannon head can be raised and lowered up to 36° and rotated horizontally up to 238° therefore capable of all spray applications, pasture or gorse.
